I sent an email and also left a message for someone to call me back. it has been 3 days and I've heard from no one. I need to exchange some merchandise I purchased and the website nor the shipping invoice has any information on how to do either of these things. It's very frustrating that I cannot get the merchandise exchange. The dresses I ordered were very nice however, they don't fit as expected.
