Product was cute. Communication from establishment was terrible. I tried to cancel the order because it was a "pre-order" item and was not showing it would even ship before the date I needed it. Crickets from the company. Still have not received any correspondence and I cannot return the item now. Was it my fault that I did not pay enough attention to the fact the item was a "pre-order", yes. Should I at least get a response from someone after trying to reach out, yes. Have I received correspondence, no. But have they sent me advertisements daily, yes. Annoyed.
