Hello, I ordered a pair of the glitter bomb sneakers a few weeks ago and when I received them a few days ago they do not fit. They are too small. I am an 8 1/2 and sized up to 9 like you said to but they still don’t fit. When I called, I was told you will not exchange them due to the sale price. It did not say that anywhere on the website. I clicked an ad on Facebook which took me directly to the page with the glitter bomb shoes. Nowhere on there did it say that there would be no exchanges or returns. But now I am just going to be out of the money with a pair of shoes I can’t wear? I am appalled that you think this is how to run a business. I would not have bought the shoes if I knew there could not be any exchanges. You did not put that information on the page or anywhere in the check out process and that is not my fault. I would like to be refunded or exchanged for a size 10 glitter bomb sneaker. After looking over your social media pages, it seems I’m not the only one with this issue. I’ve talked with a few other people who have said you decided to actually fix their issue. You need to fix mine too please. This isn’t fair.
