A one star review is too much. I'll start with the cowprint sherpa that I ordered from this company. The outside looks nice, the inside however feels like the underside of a cheap scratchy rug. The log on the outside is GINORMOUS and just looks tacky. I ordered a small and its incredibly too long. Looks like a dress more than a sweater. Second, the customer service is awful. A terrible product bought anywhere else wouldve resulting in a paid return box and a refund. False advertising is all the women posing in these ads smiling like they're wearing a brand new northface or carhartt sweater. No way they truly think this sweater is worth the $63 I paid for it... Absolutely disappointing and they want to be known for their great quality products. Buyers stay away.... far away... I've also filed a complaint with the BBB even though they aren't certified.
