I think if you offered exchanges on products even if the tags are taken off people wouldn’t deter from buying from you next time I don’t think I will buying again I bought a beautiful jacket and tried it on and it was too big and couldn’t even exchange it for the smaller size sometimes just making the customer happy is better in the long run
