I had a bad experience. The Sherpa I ordered is very thin and not soft at all. At the price I paid, I expect a better quality product. I communicated my dissatisfaction and my desire to return it and I got the answer that I cannot return it because I used a discount code with no apologies. Even at $45 this thin shirt that you call a Sherpa is not worth it. I wouldn’t have paid more than $10 for this had I felt it and tried it on in person first. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the product and the customer service. I would not recommend to a friend.
