I find it comical that I keep getting asked to write a review or asked how my experience was. The company knows it was not a good experience. The company knows my review won’t be a good one. I placed a pre order order in october that was to be filled mid November is what I was told. End of November I still had not received my order so I wrote in and ask what to expect. I was told basically they had no clue either and could offer nothing as to when my order would be filled. December I was looking on the website and noticed the order I was waiting for was no longer a preorder and was up for regular sale. I emailed the company and they finally sent out my order the next day. Why does it take me tracking you down twice! To figure out where my order is? It has nothing to do with shopping. I find it pretty disgusting to keep blaming the lack of organizing skills on shipping. This could have been a great company I loved a lot of things on the website however will not buy anything else because I don’t want to deal with the poor management. Fix the organization and stop blaming customers and shipping for your short comings.
