I purchased 2 sherpa sweaters despite their being labled the same; one was warm and soft on the inside the other feels like the back of an area rug against my skin. The one that is soft inside was poorly made and one of the pockets has a 2 inch tear in it from being missed in the sewing process, I can fit 3 fingers through the pocket. I have yet to receive a response for the damaged and poorly constructed product. I absolutely love the concept of the store; the clothes, colors, styles and realistic sizes of the models but the clothes seem to be really lacking in quality that a $50+ sweater should have. I realize that things do happen but if this is not resolved I will have no problem not purchasing again and passing on my experience to others.
