I ordered a pair of boots, and it took them three months to get to me. After contacting them, i was made aware they were “pre-order”. When they finally arrived i had to pay the postage due on them before even receiving them. Look back on my receipt and i was supposed to get free shipping. The customer service is horrible and their advertisements never say anything about pre-order. After my experience and reading all the reviews, i will never shop here again.
