Awful, I ordered a size ten shoe and I didn't get the correct size and when I tried to return, online system says I can't. Reached out to customer service and got nothing back except that someone will try to help. Yet you guys are able to post 100 videos on social media but can't seem to answer emails. I want my money back for this nonsense.
