I ordered the lace and loaded boots which are very cute, after a long wait they arrived I put them on 1 TIME and the zipper was not applied on the boot correctly and did not have the stoppers on it so when I went to zip the boot up the Zipper just came right off. They are not fixable. I have reached out to SFC 3 times and they will not respond. They obviously only care about the sale and not about there products. I begged in emails to fix the situation before I made a review. I have gave them over a week to respond. With 3 emails to choose from and still nothing.
