Had mostly good experiences after 22 orders, having issues getting in touch with them about an order I made on Dec 3rd of in stock items that still haven’t shipped after 27 days. I would either like my order shipped or be issued a refund. Called non-stop for hours and couldn’t get anyone. The clothes and shoes are beautiful though.
