Worst customer service ever!! My order was halted by UPS on 12/15 due to damage and was investigated and the claim sent to SFC on the same day. The only response I have had from SFC is that I have to make a claim. The claim was already made by UPS and sent to them. I even contacted UPS and they sent the notification to SFC again on 12/22.
Now I have am out money for two items I never received and can not get ahold of anyone at SFC to help with this issue of getting my items or refunding my order. I have called, left voicemails, messages on FB and Instagram, sent emails, and still nothing. I just want my 2 items or my money back.
I am about to do something I never do and report them to BBB because this is just ridiculous and I am not
The only one having these issues with this particular company. And I case you want to know my order # is 986132. I also have all correspondence with UPS about this order and how they are doing what they are supposed to but SFC is not!!
