Enjoyed the company feedback when I emailed about a purchase that I was unaware that one of the items was on preorder, did not recall seeing that on the website, then when I finally received my shoes, I’m having to scrape glue off of the side of shoe, so the shoes were glued quickly and not looked over. But overall good experience
