I have ordered many times from you all and this year has been the worst. The communication is terrible. It is January 1 and I still haven’t received items ordered in December 9. You offer all these sales right up to Christmas and then items don’t arrive. There was nothing with my order that said my items were not in stock. I am very disappointed. When I have contacted and asked about them I am answered with a note that makes it sound like my fault the items are not here. I will find be using other boutiques in the future.
