My return was rejected due to it being a sale item, but even so....spending almost $50 on a dress and not being able to wear it sucks. First item I’ve tried to return, second item that didn’t fit (first one did but was way too short as a top and nothing like the photo). I LOVED SFC, but won’t be purchasing again. I’ve purchased 5 things from them in 2020 and 2 didn’t fit correctly and were in returnable, but also half of the cost I’ve spent with them. One item was a pair of shoes so essentially you get a 50/50 chance of things fitting correctly, but unless you buy them at full price....your chance of returning them is....unlikely. All I wanted to do was exchange the dress for the next size up. Same color wasn’t available so chose the ONLY OTHER COLOR that had the size available....
