One sweatshirt had a huge whole in the sleeve. The other sweatshirt had black in all down the side. I’ve contacted them twice via email. They said that they received the complaint but has done nothing about it. I also ordered in November and didn’t receive my Christmas themed sweatshirt til the week of Christmas.
