Love your clothing it is sooo FUN and unique. However, during the pandemic as we know shipping, orders etc were slow. I ordered a large pre-order and was told it would arrive in October. It did not arrive in October or November it arrived one day before December 25th. NO COMMUNICATION was EVER sent out until I reached out. No updates were sent during the process until I reached out. No incentive to let your customer know.... Dear customer, things are backed up so here is 20% off your next purchase or nothing to help ease the tension of an a huge delay order. Poor communication & service during the times but in order to gain market share and continue to create customer loyalty these things are what retailers must focus on as there are too many choices especially since everyone is converted to digital retailers.
