I have ordered from this company multiple times and have never had much issues. This year was the first time i had any major issues. Within the last few years it seems the company has become very unprepared and has had a huge issue with communication. When others have been waiting months for items while others who ordered the week before are getting the same items. Not telling customers the items they ordered months prior are “still in production” with nothing on the website about it. This company used to be great and amazing. Now it has gone down hill with lack of communication. The products seems to be made a lot cheaper now as well. Sizing is completely off and the quality of the products is not good anymore. This will be my last purchase from this company. Especially since the company has messed up so many orders or the consistency of products while making sure to clearly state all sales are final. Not the best way to run a business in my opinion.
