I was not notified when I ordered for an event that half the items were on backorder. When I called to check on them, I was notified and was told items would not be arriving in time for my event. (They won't ship a partial order) I asked to cancel the order through email. The order was never cancelled and arrived anyway four weeks late. I will be returning the items. As far as I can tell, I do not get reimbursed, only store credit. I don't plan on ordering anything from this company again so....
