The riding boots I purchased were beautiful and just like the photo.. However on only the 2nd time wearing them the zipper broke off the track and would not go back on. I was at work when this happened and did not have another backup pair of shoes.. ended up just having to tape the boot around my leg to get through the rest of my long work day. Nothing of this made me too terribly upset, even after having spent as much as I did on the boots, but I have now attempted contacting the company numerous times to resolve the issue to no avail. No one has gotten back to me and I'm beginning to doubt that there are even people at the company. I would not suggest buying from Southern Fried Chics. They have beautiful items, but I guarantee you will find an alternative somewhere else that will take better care of you.
