I love there outfits but as a previous boutique owner myself I think there communication to customers is the biggest thing lacking .
Example:
I asked a question on Instagram about how to find there new arrivals and a fit to a certain dress I wanted but yet was just given a here is our website thank you.... well obviously I no the website I have ordered several times but if my question was actually answered you would have gotten another sale from me. .... not bein harsh just hopefully some good criticism
