All of the girls are sweet as pie, and I know they try their best. But 1: they allow their customers to gaslight other people who voice their concerns. 2: they will list an item and then later say it was pre-order though it was not labeled as such at the time of purchase 3: they don't answer phones, emails, or Facebook messages in a timely fashion. 4: they will not take care of an issue, such as overstocking a product, until you bring it up. 5: they blame covid, and not being staffed for shipping delays 6: the quality of clothes is average at best but their prices just dont match 7: shipping is inconsistent. Sometimes I get clothes months after I order, sometimes I will get it a few days after. They have adorable clothing and I will continue to order from them when there are sales, but make sure you have at least 6 months before the event you plan to wear you new clothing to. Don't go to any social media or they'll allow you to be attacked by their following. I used to have 5 stars but I had to change it to three after I've seen the complaints and what they allow to happen on their page.
