I wish I could write a better review, as I was excited to make my first purchase 3 weeks ago. I ordered a pair of boots, shipping was pretty quick, but I was sent the wrong size. I was then told that I could not exchange because I bought them during a sale. After venting my frustration, I was told that their shipping team would be contacting me.
I have not received any update, and when I call nobody answers.
