Well let me start off by saying great jewelry, truly sucks on customer service I placed an order on December 21st 2020 received part of my order on December 23rd 2020 the second part of my order was a pair of boot shipping from a warehouse in Texas apparently someone in there fulfillment shipping center sent the boots to Flint Michigan that I paid for I have sent proof that order were sent to someone else with someone else name on the order that I paid for the customer service contact me stating that they're looking into it
It's been over a month now I've sent emails after emails call several times doing business hours but they are always from their desk. I've reached out and sent over 25 emails the customer service rep Zeline
Always respond back that the fulfillment shipping center is still looking into the mistake.
I've sent copies, even screen copies and called UPS they provide me with the tracking number stating that my package my order of the boots was delivered to Flint Michigan on December the 31st at 2:39 p.m. they could not give me the customer address but it was not delivered to my address but I was charged for it no one has respond to my claim from Southern Fried Chics.
And if they should happen to respond to one of my 25 emails,they constantly says they're looking into it be patient, Zeline I have attached photos showing the tracking number to my claim, please if anyone out there can tell me how can I get help on this situation with this order that I placed over a month ago through this company Southern Fried Chics. Will be greatly appreciated!
I need help bad can anyone plz give me any suggestions. I have posted on Facebook and Instagram and social media please Chics plz help a lady out with any suggestion!
