It's unfortunate that you cannot get a credit to your original form of payment when the quality of an item is not what you expected so you're forced to purchase something else in replacement. Item took foreverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr to receive. Double hit when it didn't work out and then couldn't get money back.
