Customer service is lacking in response time. Took a week or two to get back to me on several occasions. You have to constantly watch your purchases and their inventory is always off. I have ordered so many things and been told after the first day they have something that it was sold out after I ordered it the very first day they had it on their site. Also, the website stays the same for months...boring.
