Usually they're great. Unfortunately my last purchase was terrible quality and their customer service team was apathetic at best. They sent me a replacement, which was great, but I really wanted my money back instead of another low quality item and a rude customer service rep. I've spent probably around 500$ on them to date. But after my last order, I don't think I'll be going back for a while.
