Hey there! I have ordered from y’all many times and have always been pleased except for my last order. I ordered a dress that looked like glue was put down and glitter sprinkled on it like a kindergartener made it… and it left behind so much glitter it was almost embarrassing. … when I tried to return it I could not print the return shipping label on your website and I also emailed y’all about my issue with no response so I am very unhappy with last purchase and would like to exchange this dress for something else!!!
