I have had good experiences and bad experiences. I keep shopping because I love what you guys carry, but the inconsistencies in shipping definitely needs to be addressed. A lot of times when I am ordering it is for a specific event or trip, so when I expect something to come in a week to a week and a half and it comes in 4, not super happy.
