The dress I ordered luckily was on sale because had I paid full price I would have seen Very Upset! The quality was so terrible! The tool/skirt on the dress was equivalent to something I would buy my small daughter at Walmart to play in.
Of course since on sale it is not returnable. I will just have to donate it because I’m positive a resale store will not buy it from me.
