I was not please with the inability to connect with a person via phone on the delay if my package. Every correspondent had to be placed in an email cue, where I waited for a response late into the evening or next day. Once contacted, Southern Fried Chic was unable to give me a UPS tracking number ( perhaps that was on UPS’ end). Once shipment arrived, open package to a crushed hat. Very disappointed.
