Before I would give this boutique a five star because I love everything and the quality is great. The customer service is not great and the shipping is horrible. I have been waiting on answers on if my order is lost or if someone can help me locate it. I ordered back in November knowing some were pre order but was said it would be shipped before Christmas. I received notification my order shipped on dec 8th it’s now dec 23rd and I don’t have my order and this is upsetting since these were Christmas gifts. I have called multiple times left my number for a call back. I have emailed and no help.
