I have not received the items I ordered (on 11/16) for Christmas gifts. I’ve tried to contact your company via Facebook messenger and phone and could not contact anyone. I have left a message but I haven’t heard anything back. I’m disappointed because this order has still not been delivered and now these gifts won’t be here in time for Christmas.
