a little disappointed that i made an order dec 5th and on dec 27th it still hasn’t even been shipped yet. i do understand holiday chaos but it seems a little lengthy for shipping items that are not being handmade. all in all i like the store, i just had hoped the items i ordered would be here in time for christmas or at least before new years . they did give me a $10 credit though for the delay which helps the sting of not having gifts on time a little bit.
