This is my second or third purchase from SFC and I was disappointed in how long it took for them to ship my order - about four weeks! It is a good thing it wasn't a Christmas gift and just was a random order due to the hat going on sale so I didn't want/need it for a certain day. There were plenty of others complaining about their orders not being shipped, as well. This company has many things to work on.
