Customer Service was not what it used to be. I have shopped here for holiday gifts for the last 3 years, and this year the experience was not customer friendly at all. And there was a blatant lack of response to my emails.
we finally received 2/3 of what I ordered. I have ordered these in the past and they have been wonderful. But then I read reviews where the newer ones were not so good. We will see.
