I ordered a product and love it but the customer service/shipping was poor. I ordered In Nov get a product before Christmas. I paid Extra for 2 day shipping. I emailed twice and was told product would ship within 7-10 days with 2 day shipping in plenty of time for Christmas. In January I emailed again and was told they would get the product shipped but it was well over a week later. Why tell people you ship in 7 days and even advertised expedited shipping when there is not such thing. If you shipped timely I would order again as I do Like the clothes
