I placed an order on 12/17, did not hear anything from them. No confirmation number, nothing. 3 weeks go by, still nothing. So I reached out to them, they said it was on the floor getting ready to ship and I would get a confirmation number that day. I didn't. I reached kit the next 3 days in a row, no response. Finally on the 4th day I got a confirmation number. I placed the order on 12/17, finally got it on 01/12. Almost a full month.
