Very disappointed with my experience with your store. I ordered a packaged and paid for shipping waited about three weeks and still didn’t receive my package. At that point I was getting close to move so I started reaching out to try to change the address to my new address since it didn’t seem to be shipping anytime soon. I emailed 10 days before I left then 7 days before I left and got no answer so I finally called and she said she updated my address. But it was shipped to my old address instead of the new address after just about a month of waiting even though I paid for the 7 day shipping. I’m extremely disappointed in my experience.
