Preparing my items to ship took close to a month. It was right in the middle of the holidays, but I messaged them to ask if there was an issue. They did respond in a timely manner and were apologetic and friendly and asked if I wished to keep my order. I kept my order and did finally receive my package. The products were in good condition and better than pictured on their site! Not cheap or flimsy material like a lot of boutiques. All in all, if you are not in a hurry, I highly suggest!
