I received my item several weeks after purchasing it. The item quality was good but the fit, for a hat, was weird. I don't count that against Southern Fried at all. My main issue with the order was that it took so long to receive. I 100% understand the staffing shortage issue in the entire country and I was okay with waiting. What I didn't like was that I had to email not once, but twice to get anyone to even look at my order number to see it had been missed. My initial email was replied to with normal shipping timeframes which were almost up (I think by a day or two). I waited several days before emailing again when someone finally looked up and saw that the order had been missed. It did arrive shortly after. I may order again but the customer service aspect makes me a little weary.
