I've followed you for a while and have been waiting for an opportunity to try out your store. We just went on vacation so I ordered a dress that unfortunately ended up being too large. I would have happily taken a store credit and bought something else. I paid extra for expedited shipping and would have paid for shipping back so I would have ended up with a fraction of my purchase price. Still no big deal would have been happy to have a credit for something to put towards my next purchase. Then I received an email that you do not accept refunds/exchanges. Those terms are just not acceptable to me. I have unfollowed you and will not make another purchase. This is unfortunately why Amazon is so successful - easy returns/exchanges.
