I've ordered from southern fried chicks a couple times. The first order was amazing I love the packaging I love the item receive the quality was there. So I ordered again. The pair of boots I got took longer than expected but I'm assuming that was due to weather delays but once received you could actually see the glue on the seams of the cowhide. There's discoloration throughout the boot and I'm just questioning its quality and construction. Because it took so long to receive I'm not trying to send those back. I may wear them but probably only at night when you can't see them close up. Not impressed -they were on clearance or on sale but that does not justify the lack of quality received with the product On a side note: I asked southern fried chicks from their website why they had no women of color advertising their goods or materials. I searched the entire website and could not find one woman of brown skin or ethnic cultural diversity. At which time they told me they had an influencer who did reviews. The black social media influencer did one review multiple years ago. She's not a current model and there's no representation of diversity through its models ..which is unfortunate. #blackEquestrians
