Purchased my wedding dress from SFC, and when I received it in the mail I noticed it had a hole in the lace. I immediately called and spoke with a representative where she had me take a picture and email it in. They quickly responded that they would be sending me a new dress free of charge. My new dress was received within days. I can’t wait to wear this beautiful dress!
