I ordered 2 dusters that were supposed to be in around the first part of August. This was for a wedding at the end of August. They did not arrive until the second week of September. I contacted customer service just before I received them and still have not had a reply. Customer service is obviously not a priority. I will not buy anything from them again and would not recommend them either.
