I read many reviews after I purchased something and was very worried that I may not receive my order when expected. My package shipped exactly 7 business days from the day I ordered and arrived in time for Christmas. Unfortunately I received 2 different boots a regular calf and a wide calf. I contacted customer service the day I received them and received a quick response via Facebook messenger that they would contact their distribution center and send me a shipping confirmation. I figured they would want me to ship the item back first or wait to hear from them to send me the correct boot I needed. NOPE...today an entire new matching pair showed up at my door. I am very happy with the look, price and quality of the boots and the customer service was great. Thank you ladies, made my moms Christmas!!!
