Most products I have purchased have been awesome! However, this t-shirt that I really wanted came in rough feeling and off colored. When I reached out to support, they just apologized and said they would get with their vendor, they didn't offer a refund or exchange. I was very disappointed and I have tried to not let if affect my shopping with your store, but I will probably never buy a t-shirt from you guys again.
