I am 5'6 and 230 lbs. I ordered the 3XL and it fit great! The clasp on the front is in a good spot so I don't have to add an extra piece to make it cover the girl correctly. I love that it is a short romper, so I can stay cool! The fabric is a little thicker which is nice, I feel like the quality of the material is great. One slightly difficult feature is zipping up in the back. You definitely need some help, the sequence does tend to get stuck in the zipper some. Besides that, I am so excited to wear this for my bachelorette weekend! I definitely will keep an eye out to purchase from Southern Fried Chics again!
