These booties are of lovely quality! They are surprisingly comfortable and absolutely gorgeous! Video and photos truly don’t do justice. The only negative was let even about the booties, it was lack of company response after my booties couldn’t be located by FedEx and were MIA for a week. Then they showed up 3 days after I filed report with FedEx to look into it. Still no response from the multiple attempts to reach company about situation. I’m not mad, I just really wanted these gorgeous booties. Lol
